Looking for our home page? Visit . With the Less Annoying CRM integration, contacts are automatically created from messages to your Facebook page. The chat history is recorded and these contacts will be added to a special group called [LACRM] Facebook Messenger.
First, make sure you create an account at
Once an account is created, navigate to the settings page
Now, let's start filling in each of these fields. To make the integration work, all fields need to be filled out.
LACRM API Key The LACRM API Key is a special key that gives us permission to create contacts on your behalf. To find it you can navigate to or through your dashboard by clicking Settings > Progammer API. If you haven't enabled API access before, click Enable API. On this page click Create New API Key with any nickname. Make sure all permissions are checked. Once you have your API Key, go back to the other Settings page and paste this key under LACRM API Key.
Facebook Page Id To find your Facebook Page ID you can navigate to your page and click About > Page transparency. Copy and paste this into the Settings page under Facebook Page Id.
Facebook Page Access Token The Facebook Page Access Token is a special key that gives us permission to read messages sent to and from your business's Facebook page. This is currently only possible with a concierge setup, so please reach out to alessio@trysocialcapture.com to help you connect your Facebook page. Please reach out and provide the Facebook account associated with your Facebook page.
After we have all three fields filled out, press Save. Then go to the Home page and press Connect (it should be clickable now).
Congratulations! You've now connected your Facebook Page with Less Annoying CRM. Now any person that contacts your page is added and grouped in Less Annoying CRM.
